Dante smirked at Kalan's comment "I like this guy travis.....Hey ya we should say this before we turn that corner, our security is a little odd so I should explain some of our lieutenants are....."

"So do I." He said. "Turnin' a corner!" as he suddenly darted around the corner with his weapon drawn.

The group followed Travis expecting to see a mutant but only bodies of mutants until it was to late two pounced on the first two recruits it saw.

He quickly pulled the pistol out of his jacket that he had gotten from the armory and shot at one of the mutants

What appeared as mutants at first were soon distinguished as animals. They were two white tigers that had attacked the closest to Dante and Travis. Before anything could be done, the two recruits were dead. One of them being the blond haired woman who'd been talking with Lamaar.

Dante Laughed and said something in Japanese to the tigers and they backed off and ran the same direction as the now dead man.

He looked over at Dante for a moment "Hmm.." He then disregarded it and checked on the two recruits that had been attacked.. A few seconds later "Oh yeah, definitely dead. To bad, the blond wasn't bad looking, hm." He got back up. "Well then... Shall we go?"

"As you wish little one." Dante chuckled continuing down the hall.

The rest of the group followed. Soon enough, they heard more shouts, which dissolved into screaming, and another creature showed its face, and in its grasp, a human leg.

"Hmm... Where do you spose the little bugger got THAT?" He snickered and shot at the creature

The shot missed, and hit a window in the door of a supply closet a few feet further down the hall.
It retaliated by throwing the leg at the boy.

The limb hit him in the shoulder, knocking him back, almost into Travis.
He helped the boy to his feet. "Careful now son." He picked the leg up off of the tile flooring and handed it to Dante. "Here, something to show the CEOS later."

"Oh wonderful a trinket, by the way how is trinket? Oh well never mind ill kill it."
Dante shoots his needler at the beast.

One of the shots penetrated its hide. Almost immediately the same sizzling sound heard before arose to their ears, and the creature began gasping and writhing. It began to back up, as it was obviously weakened.

"Nice shot." he said. "And Trinket seems fine right now. No strange behavior."
